Anthony Conway receives the Henri Fehr Prize 2017

Congratulations to Anthony Conway who received the 2017 Henri Fehr Prize for the best thesis in mathematics.

The prize will be awarded on November 21, 2017, at the graduation ceremony of the Faculty of Science.

The Henri Fehr Prize is awarded by the journal L'Enseignement Mathématique at the suggestion of the College des Professeurs of the Department of Mathematics. It rewards the best doctoral thesis in mathematics of the year at the University of Geneva.

Anthony Conway received the prize for his thesis "Invariants of Colored Links and Generalizations of the Burau Representation" - under the direction of Dr. David Cimasoni.
