NCCR SwissMAP, joined by NCCR MARVEL, NCCR PlanetS and NCCR QSIT, is organizing two workshops on presentation skills for PhD students, postdocs and young researchers.
The workshops will be lead by Elena Kaufman - lecturer, director and stage performer, since 2014 specializing in particular on training events for scientists. She will show how to overcome stress and nerves before giving a talk, how to best use body language and maintain eye contact during a talk, how to use and protect your voice, and other techniques helpful for presenting your work in a clear and confident way.
